Step by Step Process

Borrowers must submit all required documentation before the Utah Equitable TOD fund can begin underwriting. A full list of required documentation can be found in the forms directory, or by clicking here.

The Utah Equitable TOD fund Administrative Agent will underwrite each proposed project loan and will prepare an approval package to the Credit Committee for review and approval. If approved, a commitment letter is issued outlining terms.

The Administrative Agent will monitor the loan and all borrowers will be subject to period reporting requirements and loan covenants. Those requirements may include updated financial statements, project status reports, project milestone reports and demographic information on tenants. If a loan receives HOME funds additional reporting will be required.
